Director of the Association for Change in Education
Michael has devoted over 30 years to educational work in various fields. He has an MA degree in Social Work and is a graduate of the Senior Business Administration program, both from the Hebrew University. He spent fourteen years working with youth at a Jerusalem boarding school for talented pupils; and subsequently as project developer for education and health programs in the Negev. In1989 he became a Director of Education and Personnel at the Association for Advancement of Education, with responsibility for boarding schools throughout the country. He has been the Director of the Association for Change in Education since 2004. |

| Dr. Gil Pereg |

Director of Darca
Gil has a law degree and MA in Jewish Philosophy from Bar Ilan University, as well as a Master's degree in Public Administration from Harvard University and PhD from Northeastern University. His doctoral thesis dealt with effective practices of successful principals in Israeli high schools. He started teaching 20 years ago and has 12 years of experience as school principal. Gil received a municipal award for excellence in education as principal of Blich High School in Ramat Gan and is a graduate of the Wexner and Eisenhower leadership programs. |

| Nissim Cohen |

Director of Yeholot
Nissim has been working with marginalized and alienated children and youth for nearly 30 years. He began as a coordinator in a Jerusalem school which took in pupils expelled from other schools. Subsequently he worked in managerial roles at similar schools in the southern region, as well as teaching sociology at the Sapir College. He was head of the Youth Promotion Unit at Beit Dagan and developed the "Everyone is Able" project in in Yeruham. In 1997, Nissim established and directed the Ometz program (at the Welfare and Social Services Branch of the Ministry of Education) to prevent dropout during the transition from junior-high to high school. Nissim has directed the Tafnit Program since its launch by Rashi in 2000, and heads the Yeholot Association from its inception in 2010. |

| Yossi Ron |
Director of Beit Yatziv
Yossi has a BA degree in Political Science and Sociology from Bar Ilan University and MA in Social Science from Haifa University. After filling various managerial positions in the IDF Medical Corps, he worked for the city of Kiryat Gat as director of the engineering and infrastructure division. From there he went on to manage educational programs on behalf of the Rashi Foundation under the Madarom project. When Rashi entered into joint ownership of Beit Yatziv with the Municipality of Be'er Sheva, Yossi became its director. |

| Yair Be'er |

Director of Yahdav Association
Yair joined Yahdav following a 28-year career in the IDF, where he filled various managerial positions that involved initiating and leading projects and people, advancing complex processes and formulating policy and long-term strategy. His formal education includes a BA in International Relations from the University of Haifa and MA in Political Science from the National Defense College in collaboration with Haifa University.in addition, he studied organizational change management at the Adizes Institute and completed a project management course at Ben Gurion University. Yair lives in Omer near Be'er Sheva. |

| Limor Lev |

Director of Northern Goals Association
Limor is a graduate of the School of Social Work at Haifa University and has a Master's degree in social work from the same university, with specialization in organization and management. Before joining Rashi in 2003 she worked with the elderly for ten years. Limor filled various positions at the Rashi Foundation, among them coordinator of joint initiatives with the National Insurance Institute Funds, managing nationwide welfare programs, and more. She was appointed Director of the Northern Goals Association in 2010. |

| Mickael Bensadoun |

Director of Gvahim
Mickael came to Israel as a young adult. He holds a PhD in Political Science from Bar Ilan University, MA Degree in International Relations from Columbia University, New York, and BA and MA Degrees in Public Administration from the Institute of Political Studies, Paris.. He is a Lecturer in Political Science, Public Policy & Philanthropy at the Hebrew University and Bar Ilan University. Mickael joined the Rashi Foundation in 2003 as director of special projects and heads the Gvahim Association since its establishment in 2009. |

| Miki Nevo |
Director of Ma'ase Miki has a BSc degree in Computer Science and MSc in Neurobiology from the Hebrew University. He worked for a decade as a software engineer and then realized that education is his true calling and joined the Mandel School for Educational Leadership. After completing his training, Miki served as a high school principal and then as manager of educational projects in the periphery on behalf of IVN and Rashi. He founded Ma'ase in 2004 based on the insights he gained in this work. Miki received an honorary doctorate from Tel Aviv University in recognition of his activity to advance equal opportunity and social mobility. |
