Gvahim's mission isto assist qualified olim in realizing their professional aspirations in Israel and provide them with a strong social anchor for a successful aliyah.
Launched in 2006 as an initiative of the Rashi Foundation in partnership with a group of Israeli businessmen, The AMI Association and the Association of French Alumni in Israel, Gvahim became an independent nonprofit organization in 2009. It is headed by Mr Yair Shamir, Chairman of Israel Aerospace Industries. The Executive Director, Dr. Mickael Bensadoun, came to Israel as a young adult.
Gvahim offers its participants a range of services designed to promote their professional success in Israel: individual support, professional workshops, and networking as a platform where Israeli professionals link up with highly qualified newcomers.
